This document allows you to nominate a guardian for your grandchildren in case of your incapacitation or passing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u306e\u6a29\u9650\u3092\u66f4\u65b0\u3059\u308b\uff1a<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Be sure to designate an agent to make legal and financial decisions on behalf of your minor grandchildren, in case you become incapacitated.
